Conflict Assessment is an intervention intended to gauge the extent and sources of conflict in an organization. Assessment methods may include surveys, facilitated focus groups, and group or individual interviews. Conflict Management System Design addresses the incorporation of conflict management processes and intervention tools into a comprehensive system. The design can be as simple as an in-house peer mediation program or as complicated as an elaborate series of steps from informal to formal dispute resolution.
Conflict Management Program Evaluation
Ansley Barton, LLC provides evaluation services for dispute resolution systems and for freestanding mediation programs. Evaluation includes assessment of services presently offered and recommendations for quality improvement and expansion.
Evaluation tools include surveys, interviews, and facilitated focus groups.
